3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
1 1/2 t. vanilla
8 oz crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. chopped bananas
Combine flour, sugar, soda, salt, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
Add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened. Do not beat.
Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans, and bananas.
Spoon batter into greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes in pan, then turn out. Cool completely.
