1 lg jar Ragu Parmesan & Romano sauce or your favorite sauce
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
mozzarella cheese, grated
2 eggs, beaten
parmesan cheese, grated
Bisquick mix
garlic salt and pepper
Bake chicken breasts until almost done. Dip in beaten eggs and roll in bisquick mix seasoned with garlic salt and pepper.
Fry chicken breasts in oil until golden brown.
Pour sauce in bottom of a 9Ă—13 baking dish and place fried breasts on top of sauce.
Top chicken with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees until sauce and cheese are bubbly.
Serve over a bed of spaghetti noodles.
