2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter, softened
Combine and beat at low speed until crumbly. Press mixture into bottom of 9Ă—13 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
4 eggs
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 c. sugar
1 t. baking powder
Combine all ingredients except lemon juice, blend well.
Stir in lemon juice. Pour over warm base and return to oven.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Cool 1 hour or until completely cooled.
Glaze with powdered sugar and lemon juice, if desired. Cut into bars.
