You directly provide Baggers without Borders with most of the data collected. We also collect and process data when you join the Forum, and post on it and provide bagging totals each year.  When you communicate with us each year by sending in your new bagging totals, or confirming that we can take them from an online source, we regard you as refreshing your consent to us to continue to hold your data and publish your bag-totals.

How do we store your data?

Bagging without Borders securely store any personal e-data on a local terminal and secure e-vault, with password protection.  Personal data on paper is kept on file under secure conditions.

Bagging without Borders will keep your data, as described above, for five years. Once this time period has expired, your personal data will be deleted by electronic means, unless you give express consent to a further period of retention.
