Risks
Always remember that peak-bagging is an activity with many risks and dangers, both natural and man-made.
You should not climb peaks beyond your capabilities, and should fully appraise yourself of, and prepare for, the possible risks before attempting to scale any peak.
Climbing, hill- and mountain-hiking and mountaineering are activities with a danger of personal injury or death.
Participants in these activities should be aware of and accept these risks, and be responsible for their own actions and involvement.
BwB cannot be held responsible for accidents that may happen to you in the course of undertaking these activities.
Access
Access laws vary from country to country, and change over time.
Reference to a peak on BwB Forum, website or other social media platform does not imply there is legal access.
You are advised to carefully research the access laws and arrangements for the country and area for any peak you are planning to climb as part of your preparations for your hike.
