Built to serve the people who serve the people. isolved's HR suite empowers HR to streamline processes in a centralized platform. isolved is the applicant tracking system we use for all our hiring needs. HireForms is an onboarding system that eliminates paperwork by utilizing digital documents. New employees will complete all new hire forms through the HireForms system.
The Courts have an employer account with isolved, which enables automatic postings to various job boards. Hiring managers may request that HR post a specialty position on the State Jobs website.
To obtain access to isolved and/or HireForms for recruitment and onboarding purposes, please contact HR.
This is where it all starts! requisition is commonly the first step in the hiring process. When a hiring manager determines that a new employee needs to be hired, the manager will submit a New Job Requisition form via isolved for approval. The form typically includes the job description, essential job functions, and other necessary information. HR will review the form to verify that all necessary information has been provided before approval. Once approved, the form is used to create a job listing and advertise the open position.
Gone are the days of emails requesting a new job posting. isolved has a built-in job requisition system. This system allows managers to create and submit requisitions using an electronic form. This electronic form expedites the process from creation to approval and ensures you have the information necessary to post a job opening.
Processing applicants is a fundamental function in our applicant tracking system. You are moving the applicant through the system and our hiring process. Typical steps in the process include:
Review applications - Does the applicant meet the minimum qualifications for the position?
Determine which applicants you'd like to interview (e.g., schedule an interview, forward applications to the hiring panel, etc.)
Communicate with applicants via the messages feature in isolved.
What is an applicant status?
Application statuses track an applicant's progress through the hiring process. They are also commonly used for filtering and reporting purposes. This is an especially convenient feature when updating the status for several unqualified or unselected applicants.
What are my status options?
Application statuses are how you track an applicant’s progress through the hiring process. The status is commonly used for filtering and reporting purposes as well. Statuses can be very broad or very granular, depending on your needs. Our list of application statuses is as follows:
