Who Do I Contact?

For any verification of employment for Court employees, please contact the Courts HR Department at:

VOE Practice

The Judicial Branch's service level agreement with all customers requesting employment verification via fax or email is to produce results by the end of the following business day. If you have not received your verification results or have not received another form of response within this time frame, please call the HR Department at (801) 238-5409.

Verbal Verification of Employment Guidelines

When you call in a request for employment verification, we can only verify information that the employee has already submitted to you. We will not provide any new information unless you send a written request via email or fax. Oftentimes, if the written request is sent by email, additional information (such as dates of employment, position, or salary) can be provided while you are still on the phone. 

To expedite the process, please have the following information readily available concerning the employee whom you would like to verify employment:

Written Verification of Employment Guidelines

To complete a written employment verification for an employee, they must have at least the last four digits of the employee's social security number, and the request must be an authorization form signed by the employee.
