In-Person or Virtual Training
All newly benefit-eligible employees should plan to attend the live monthly Benefits-in-Brief training in person or virtually. Just so you know, you may invite your spouse to attend with you; however, due to space constraints, we ask they attend virtually. Learn from representatives from the Employee Resource Information Center (ERIC), the Public Employees Health Program (PEHP), and the Utah Retirement Systems (URS). The session typically starts at 8:30 a.m. and lasts until noon. Specific room and virtual attendance information will be provided once registered.
You must receive supervisory approval to attend before registering for a session. Contact the Courts HR Department at (801) 238-5409 or courtsHR@utcourts.gov to register.
Location: Taylorsville State Office Building (TSOB) at 4315 South 2700 West, Taylorsville, Utah. Please enter through the main entrance and stop at the security desk to check in by letting them know you are there for the "Benefits in Brief" presentation.

If you were hired by any URS employer before July 1, 2011, you are a Tier I employee and should watch the URS Tier I New Hire Presentation. All others should watch the URS Tier II New Hire Presentation.
