State of Utah employees who are active PEHP and URS members are able to participate in a variety of Wellness Programs offered through each company.
Financial Wellness Benefits
URS offers FREE Financial Wellness Counseling to state employees. Resources range from a library of webinars, financial calculators and confidential one-on-one personal financial counseling. Look at ways to pay off debt, understand how much emergency savings you’ll need, see how much home you can afford, and more.
We all need a little help with our investments and retirement planning from time to time. As a URS member, you get access to professional URS Investment Advisors at no charge. To register for a counseling session, log into your myURS account and click on the Educating tab to get customized advice about your retirement planning.

Health Wellness Benefits
State employees who are active PEHP members are able to participate in a variety of fabulous Wellness Programs offered through PEHP. Participation pays off with rebates, discounts and other incentives simply for getting and staying healthy. More information can be found under the “Wellness Tab” on the PEHP webpage.
*Members on the Consumer Plus Plan are not eligible for rebates.
Healthy Utah
Healthy Utah is an exclusive wellness benefit designed specifically for eligible PEHP members and their spouses. The program includes a variety of resources that support a healthy lifestyle. The education received through Healthy Utah helps to pave the way for cash rewards.

Quitting tobacco is a process. Whether you are thinking about quitting, are not yet ready to quit, or have already quit, PEHP Quitline can help you with each step of the way.
Weight Management
Learn key concepts that empower you to choose foods that are both nourishing and satisfying. Get the tools, education, and support necessary to help you maintain a life-long healthy weight.
Lighten Up is an 8-week educational series of web-based classes developed by PEHP’s registered dietitian.
Diabetes Savings Program
PEHP members with diabetes may qualify for less expensive test strips and short-acting insulin with the. This benefit is available if you use short-acting and long-acting insulin, and/or blood glucose strips. You may receive authorization for lower co-payments for one year and may re-submit for coverage in the next year. See the Diabetes Help page on PEHP for more information.

These webinars are the perfect way to learn about current health and wellness topics. You can view the webinar live or watch the recording from the archives at a later time.
PEHPplus
PEHPplus provides savings for a wide variety of healthy lifestyle products and services such as acupuncture, child safety, eye-wear and many others. These benefits are updated frequently.
PEHP Health Coaching
Health coaching is a lifestyle behavior change program where the PEHP member works with a health coach who will provide education, support and encouragement designed to help the member improve his/her health behaviors and to earn cash incentives.
PEHP WeeCare
PEHP WeeCare is a prenatal and postpartum program designed to help expectant mothers have a safe pregnancy and to deliver a healthy baby. All PEHP members are eligible to participate.
