With the eCarUp app, E-car drivers can easily charge at e-charging stations. The costs are displayed transparently in the app.

Find available stations
Centre map on own location
Set filters for "Only available stations" and "Show partner stations". You can also search or filter by connector and power.
Scan QR code (on the station) and be forwarded directly to the corresponding station

See a list of stations near you based on the filters set
Account
Deposit payment method / credit card. All charges of an account will be charged to the deposited credit card. The currency is automatically taken from the deposited credit card. On this page you can find out more about the processing of financial transactions and their security.
Captured vehicle IDs currently only works with PICO
You can add an RFID card directly in the APP. You can find out more under the following.

See all active charging processes of the account including energy used and costs.

eCarUp Web Portal
Drivers can create their "Driver Statistics" as follows:
Log in to your eCarUp account.
Click on History under the "Driver" tab.
Select the start & end date and click on the random arrow to update the list.
Optionally, an export can also be generated using an Excel file.
Failed payment
If a payment with the credit card deposited in eCarUp has failed (e.g. because the credit card was blocked or not covered at the time in question), no further charges can be made with this eCarUp account until the outstanding amount has been settled. This is a security feature towards station operators.
You have the following options:
Update credit card information in the app.
A "Failed Payment" button will appear in the app where you can retrigger the previously failed payment when your credit card is working again.
You can also retrigger the failed payment in our web portal. To do this, please log in to the browser at www.ecarup.com.
