FRIDAY, November 15 - PLAYOFFS Round 1 at Metter HS
REPORT 4:00 p.m. We will warm-up and do a full run of the show, then load the trailer and leave. You must be here for the full run in order to travel with us. (Chaperones, please plan to be here by 5 p.m.)
ATTIRE: FULL UNIFORM!
Please watch the weather. You may bring a school-color hoodie or jacket to wear in the stands. During halftime we will perform in full uniform.
Students who will miss our Tuesday afternoon rehearsal must have any possible absence cleared by me TODAY if it is to be considered excused, with the exception of illness. I need an email, Remind text, or written note from a parent; otherwise, I will assume the student is not planning to attend the concert and will plan accordingly. NOTE: Missing rehearsals and/or the concert will have a substantial effect on your grade in your band class.
Friday only! Be here at 4 p.m. for our final run-through. (We moved our run-through off of Thursday due to an FBLA trip that was a conflict for many of our upperclassmen.)
We need:
chaperones for Friday's playoff game
parents who can bake cookies for our Cookies with Santa event
chaperones who can walk with us during the Christmas Parade on Dec. 14
parents to set up the Cookies with Santa event (after the parade at the Farmer's Market) on December 14
parents to sell cookies at the Cookies with Santa event
