Working /. Engineering Drawing

A Working Drawing or Engineering Drawing is produced using 3D CAD software such as Onshape. It usually contains a number of views (Front, Top, Side) of your 3D CAD modelled product with critical measurements attached.

When creating a Working drawing / Engineering Drawing, it is important to make sure that it contains enough measurement information as if you were to use it as a reference to manufacture the product by hand. It must show the total height, width (or diameter) and depth or the product along with measurements for details, height of parts (split lines) etc. Try to imagine that you a model maker and you have never seen the product before and you have been asked to make a model of the product. What information would you need to know?
