The show another part of what COVID-19 is affecting which is people who are considered to be essential workers especially people who work in hospitals. My cousin just graduated from nursing school six months before all of this started so now she's working in hospitals and caring for people.

so for this project I stuck with what I had done for the other two and I did watercolor I started by sketching out a building and adding a bunch of Windows and kind of like branches and doors and then wrote Hospital on the top and I did that with a pencil and then I went over everything and watercolor was super light pastel Lee colors and then I outlined everything in a silver ink pen to give it kind of pop.

I experimented with the process by figuring out how I wanted the message to be shown I originally was going to do it kind of like everyone rushing to get tested like civilians in patients but then I thought since I kind of stuck with like how not to spread it in the first two that I shouldn't like to make this one like a tribute almost so so people in front of it are the workers and the doctors that are all being called in to help treat patients. I think my project evolved by adding the silver on all of the lines because it just made everything pop and then writing it or writing the words in that as well kind of connected the two. I think my next steps could be probably adding a border or pacing it on to something to make a border and probably saturating my colors more.
