So for this project I really wanted to show community and everything being held together, and I thought that showing a variety of things that are important to today's world and society would show kindness. This project relates to my life because the symbols in the images are all things that I'm passionate about, for example disabled humans having equal opportunities, saving the wildlife and their habitats, food (I love cooking) and plants and trees which are dying and what we really need to preserve.

I first sketched out a bunch of things that I know I like and then looked at them and figured out what would best fit with each letter. Then I got the doodle for google paper and sketched my designs on the paper. After that I outlined everything in black fine point sharpie and then went over everything with colored pencil and tried to keeps the colors as close to the original google letters as I could.

I think that my experiment with the process was when i was deciding what to put with each letter because there were a lot of things that I wanted to put there but I wanted to keep it as close to the word google as possible (so you could tell that it said google). I think my project evolved when I went back and added color because I was originally planning on leaving everything black and white. My next steps would be adding contrast to the background by putting some color in there or saturating the colors of the drawings themselves.
