Link - Trump has become the laughing stock of the United Nations. In his speech during their meeting, Trump quoted, “ In less than two years, my administration has accomplished more than almost any administration in the history of our country.” Some citizens, not just of the United States may indeed agree with Trump on this, while quite apparently, many think this is some kind of joke and that what Trump is saying is ridiculous. The events in Indonesia have been quite catastrophic, stealing lives, and ending the livelihood of many citizens. Whether or not the United States and other countries should assist the effected will raise up tensions where some may say we need to help the people in our own country. Others will however be looking from the perspective of brotherhood and proper diplomacy. In South Africa, a grown man was found raping a little girl in the bathroom of a restaurant. Tensions concerning the security of certain area such as schools, restaurants, etc will be brought up in this situation, due to the fact that such a crime was done in such a public. List of links to news you are reading this week. This will be updated each week.
The first picture that I posted is of my favorite scripture within the entire Bible. I feel as though that it is the definition of my faith and shows God's supreme and total Love for all of His children. The forgiveness that He demonstrated through the death of His son touches my heart and defines a huge part of who I am as a person.
The second image is someone drawing a picture. Of what, I do not know. However, I do indeed love both drawing and writing. The two are my favorite pass times and I enjoy expressing emotions and demonstrating the skills I was given to others. Being more broad however, the picture I feel demonstrates creativity, something by which I define with a lot in multiple fields, not just with pen or pencil and paper.
The final image is a shelf full of different types of books. This I believe defines my love to learn and educate myself on the world around me. I feel that this is with different cultures, different languages, how to do all types of activities and a wide range of multiple other things. I was told some time ago that I am an "autodidact", meaning that I am more so actively self taught rather than waiting to be taught. I don't wait until the answer comes to me, I pursue it for myself. The books on the shelf represent my love for knowledge and my craving to have more of it.
