The OSA Ocelots have completed an unforgettable volleyball season — going undefeated and establishing themselves as one of the most exciting and fast-rising teams in the school’s sporting history. But beyond the match results, this season has been about more than just winning — it’s a story of commitment, growth, and community.

From their first serve of the season, the Ocelots showed real promise. But it was their relentless work ethic, team spirit, and focus on development that truly set them apart. Match by match, their confidence grew — and so did the attention they drew across the school.

What began as a small, committed group has now blossomed into a thriving volleyball community, with student participation tripling and new players joining from across year groups. A major part of that growth has been the team’s inclusive ethos. Mixed-gender teams have become the norm, and the Ocelots are proud to welcome players of all skill levels and backgrounds.

“Our aim has always been to build a team culture where every player feels valued and inspired to improve,” said the coaching team.

That spirit of inclusion, encouragement, and teamwork has been a defining factor in their success — both on and off the court.

And the momentum doesn’t stop there. OSA is proud to announce a new partnership with the University of Hertfordshire, bringing exciting opportunities for advanced training, expert coaching, and future competitions. It’s a major step forward for the team — and for volleyball at OSA.
