On 11 November, OSA held its annual Remembrance Day service, a heartfelt occasion that brought our community together to honour those who have sacrificed so much for our freedom and peace. As a united community at OSA, we took this opportunity to reflect on the past and commit towards a peaceful future.
The service was a thoughtful reminder of the resilience and courage shown by those who answered the call to serve. Through poetry, readings and the sombre notes of the Last Post, both pupils and staff were able to reflect on the values of bravery, sacrifice, and unity.
The wreath-laying ceremony offered a visual tribute to those who have given their lives in service. The two-minute silence that followed was a powerful moment of collective introspection, allowing us to pause and reminding us of our shared responsibility to work towards a better tomorrow.
Our cadets attended the War Memorial Ceremony at Hatfield House on Monday 11th November.
