Materials or resources are prepared ahead of time.
Registration or attendance form is created if needed.

Promotion begins 2–3 weeks in advance with flyers, email, and social media.
Reminder messages are sent weekly until the event.
A day-before reminder is sent via mobile app.
A thank-you or recap message is sent afterward, optionally including resources or presentation materials.
