Step-by-Step Operations Procedure:
Superintendent’s office finalizes meeting dates and agendas.
Agendas are submitted to the Town Clerk and to the Program Manager of Communications & Strategic Initiatives by the Executive Assistant to the Superintendent in compliance with FOIA timelines.
Program Manager of Communications & Strategic Initiatives posts all relevant documentation to the District website, including agendas, minutes, and links to meeting media.
Board members are notified with all supporting documents by the Executive Assistant to the Superintendent.
Step-by-Step Communications Procedure:
Meeting date, time, and agenda are posted on the district website and social media by the Program Manager of Communications & Strategic Initiatives.
Meeting schedule is added to the District calendar by the Program Manager of Communications & Strategic Initiatives
Meeting dates and times are included in newsletters and mobile app alerts.
