External: Parents, Students, Community Residents
Step-by-Step Operations Procedure:
Topics are selected in advance and aligned to district goals or ongoing concerns (e.g., budget, curriculum, safety).
Town halls are scheduled 2–3 times per year and structured for both presentation and open comment.
Planning team arranges logistics, moderator, note-taker, and communication team.
Interpretation and ADA accessibility are arranged.
Step-by-Step Communications Procedure:
Forums are promoted via all platforms with at least 2 weeks' notice.
Agendas and pre-registration (if needed) are shared early.
A communication recap is shared after the event including FAQs and next steps.
Stakeholder questions are categorized and tracked for follow-up.
