Student surveys and district feedback forms are offered at least annually to gather broad input.
Step-by-Step Communications Procedure:
Students can email or speak directly with staff members for non-emergency concerns.
Schools promote town halls, listening sessions, or forums for student voice.
Students are guided in respectful self-advocacy and given communication tools through SEL or advisory time.
The Superintendent or the Program Manager of Communications and Strategic Initiatives may attend student-led events or respond to formal proposals.
