I am a very organized, selfless, and kind person. I maintain organization by keeping a calendar up to date and making daily checklists. While working in a preschool for two years in high school, I became Department of Children and Families certified. I enjoy being around children and decided to become a nanny in 2019. I know that everyone learns differently through their unique pasts, presents, and futures. I also know that showing children kindness will help shape them into kind people in the future. I understand that intrinsic motivation is a very important thing to have in order to succeed. I know that a teacher should always be willing to learn and adapt to different circumstances and teaching practices. I know how to listen and respond compassionately to students and peers opinions.
What I want to learn:
How to incorporate every students' backgrounds, experiences, and ideas into my future classroom through discussions, projects, and lessons.
Classroom management by observing several teachers and discovering different ideas on this topic to find what will work best in my future classroom.
How to challenge myself by adapting new teaching techniques and constantly changing the ones I use.
