1. 1st period: Review earthquake drill from grade 1. Students show they can follow directions and still remember how to act during an earthquake. 

2. 2nd period: Teach sequence of the earthquake drill. Use online activities and flashcard activities to help them remember the vocabulary for sequence. Give Handout for homework study. 

3. 3rd period: Assessment Performing the drill using some of the language. 

4. Vocabulary: drop down, cover your head, go under your desk, stand up, walk to the door, line up, follow your teacher. 

5. Assessment: Perform and Earthquake drill as a class; Written and oral assessments.
