Theme 6: Morality(Christmas)
課程目標 Lesson objective:
1. 學生藉由聖誕節慶了解西方文化中,道德教育中施比受有福、感恩與愛的道理。
2. 學生會製作小手聖誕樹與彩繪裝飾物,然後與外師一起佈置屬於各班專屬的手工聖誕樹。
3. 學生能藉由歌曲、故事版與字卡了解聖誕節故事,並學習主題單字與目標句。
課程任務 Lesson Assignment:
1st period: Teach what happens during Christmas. What does Santa do? What do the parents and Children do? This can be done using a storyboard. Teach the targeted vocabulary and sentence pattern.
2nd period: Review the previous classes vocabulary and sentence pattern. Review the story board and emphasize how Christmas is more about giving and love than receiving and play. After, students will be instructed on how to do the craft. Trace their hands and make a Christmas tree.
3rd period: Review storyboard and the meaning of Christmas. Finish up any last-minute changes to the tree. Students can bring their ornament to the tree and be assessed.
Vocabulary: Merry Christmas, Snowman, Ornament, Christmas Tree, Santa, Presents.
Sentence Pattern: It is _(color)_. Merry Christmas!
