Theme 1: Reading Literacy
課程目標 Lesson objective:
1. 重點故事閱讀學習: Gruffalo
2. 學生閱讀故事後,小組共同進行創作出屬於各組的怪獸並介紹作為口語評量。
3. 學習如何分辨英文插畫書的故事作者、繪者、標題、角色與背景設定。參訪圖書館,尋找英文繪本並完成學習單。
課程任務 Lesson Assignment:
1st period: Introduce the rule of library and visit library to finish the handout. Teach how they will be making their own Gruffalo.
2nd period: Teach rhyming words. Read the whole story with help from the video. draw or write down their drafts of Gruffalo.
3rd period: Review story/words. Create their own Gruffalo (A3 poster). Write down descriptive body parts to present.
4th period: Oral Assessment (Finish their Gruffalo poster and introduce their creative monsters.)
