課程目標 Lesson objective: 

Lesson 1-1st Period: students understand and differentiate between healthy and unhealthy concepts and learn about food groups.

Lesson 1-2nd Period: Students learn how to use their hand to measure portion size.

Lesson 1-3rd Period: Students learn the concept of health plate.

Lesson 2-1st Period: Students understand that different living habits create different eating habits.

Lesson 2-2nd Period: Students learn Ads only say good part about their products, but don’t mention how bad junk food is for our bodies.

Lesson 1-2: Chinese Teacher wraps up this Unit.
