課程目標 Lesson objective: 

Lesson 1-1st Period: Balanced Meals. To identify the diet problems.

Lesson 1-2nd Period: My Diet Diary assessment. To analyze students’ own diet problems. Oral Assessment.

Lesson 2-1st Period: The Importance of Nutrients. To identify the functions and sources of nutrients.

Lesson 2-2nd Period: Nutrition for Every Ages. To know what kinds of nutritions are needed in each age group.

Lesson 3-1st Period: How to Buy Food. To know how to shop for healthy food.

Lesson 3-2nd Period: Let’s Choose Milk. To know how to choose right by reading the nutritional facts label.

Review food groups: vegetables/ fruits/ dairy/ proteins/ nuts and seeds fist, glass, palm, teaspoon,

not enough, too much/many, eat less/more.
