Theme 3: International Festival
課程目標 Lesson objective:
1. 學生能了解萬聖節的傳統與風俗。
2. 以角色聲音的遊戲、歌曲教唱、故事與圖片情境,練習並熟悉課程相關字彙與特色動作。
課程任務 Lesson Assignment:
1st period: Students will expand their learning about Halloween. New vocabulary words and ideas. They will learn a new song with new actions to help them understand the vocabulary. They will be asked questions about Halloween and be guided and encouraged to try and answer. Finally, they will listen to a scary story told on screen and by the teacher.
2nd period: Students will review vocabulary words and song. They will have hands on participation by making jack-o-lanterns to hang in the pumpkin patch display that will be outside, Students will be assessed by how they communicate with the teacher, and their ability to understand and follow instructions.
3rd period: Students will have the opportunity to participate in a trick or treat activity. Each team will go outside and say “Trick or Treat” to the teacher. They will answer the question “What are you?” “I am a ____.” They will receive a piece of candy after their answers.
