Lesson 1-1st Period: Students learn to observe, compare, and express changes during growth and development from birth to the present.

Lesson2-1st Period: Students describe their skills and personality traits. Students describe their abilities and interests through role-play, games and activities in the class.

Lesson2-2nd Period: Students observe their own, and classmates strengths. They can draw their ideas and match them to different activities.

Lesson3-1st Period: Talk about the role your family has in your life. What do you want for your family? How do you love your family?

Lesson3-2nd Period: Discuss health problems in your family and in the lives of the student’s families. How do alcohol and second-hand smoke affect their bodies?

Lesson3-3rd Period: How do we stop others from drinking and smoking?
