Kester Dahl

Participated in cross-country, football, basketball, and track & field. He accumulated a total of 12 letters: 2 in cross-country, football, and basketball and 4 in track & field. In basketball he was voted MVP while leading the 1995 team in scoring and rebounding as well as being selected to play in the SD All-Star game. Kester was a part of 9 State Championships in track & field; 4 individual, 3 team, and 2 relays and he was named the Class “A” State T&F MVP in ’95. He was the runner-up in the Howard Wood Special 200 and was on 2 winning relays at Howard Wood. Currently is on the medley and 4X200 record board at MHS.
