JIS Athletics provides uniforms for all teams. These uniforms are the property of the school. All uniforms and associated provided items must be turned in to the Athletics Office at the end of each season. Failure to do so will result in the student being charged the cost of replacement of the uniform.
Students are responsible for the care and cleaning of their uniforms. Loss or damage to the uniforms will result in the student being charged the cost of replacement of the uniform. Please note: it may not be possible to replace a lost or damaged uniform within the time frame of a season.
Only official JIS uniforms may be worn by participants when competing in all local or international competitions. Any exception to this rule must be approved by the Athletics Coordinators.
Teams may choose to purchase team t-shirts or warm-up gear. All designs must be given prior approval by the Athletics Coordinator. Purchased items are not approved to be worn in lieu of the official JIS uniforms.

Compression/spandex shorts
Socks
Mouthguards
Shin guards
Rackets for tennis or badminton
Swimsuits, swim caps, or goggles
Specialized sport shoes (ex: baseball & softball spikes, soccer cleats, Track & Field specialty shoes).
Baseball and Softball gloves
Ankle or knee braces
Other sport specific equipment
