Modul 09

Intro til  modulet:

I dag skal vi først analysere en Gorbatjov tale fra 1988 (som I læste i sidste modul (og hvis I ikke gjorde, så er det lektie til i dag)) og høre noget mere koldkrigs-musik (Gorky Park: Bang (1989) og diskutere, hvordan de tre sange, vi har hørt indtil nu, afspejler (og påvirker) den politiske situation. Efter en fælles opsamling skal I læse nogle sider i kapitlet (vedhæftet).

1. Analyse af Gorbatjovs tale til FN, 7. december, 1988 (25 min)

I skal arbejde sammen i samme små grupper som da I analyserede Reagan talen (Evil Empire). Igen: Arbejd gerne i samme docs, men kopier over i jeres eget docs efterfølgende.

Hvornår er kilden frembragt?

Hvor er kilden frembragt?

Betyder det noget, at kilden er frembragt hvor den er?

Hvorfor er kilden frembragt?

B) Analyse af kildens tendens (10 min)

Du skal nu finde ord + sætninger i kilden, der understøtter din tolkning af tendens.  

I boksen nedenfor skal du skrive ord og sætninger (citater), som bruges af Gorbatjov til at beskrive forholdet mellem USSR (Sovjetunionen) og USA.

C) Opsamling (5 min)

Samlet set, hvordan vil du så, på baggrund af din analyse, karakterisere forholdet mellem USA og Sovjet i december, 1988?
