Jason is on his own when he goes undercover. This is an action packed continuation of this series.Moral obligations of a person come into the story which I thought was a different twist on so many of these novels. I really liked that aspect of this story.Outstanding undercover action...and the plot is also superlativeMost highly recommended...

Open your eyes, could you survive in a world gone crazy. Maybe ! maybe not. For you to decide. These 4 books may open your eyes to reality. Give it some thought, man up. Learn to protect the people you love.Hopefully we will not have to deal with this type of situation but with all the crazy things happening around us just be prepared.

The man Jason develops from a man alone on the run to a family man and well respected leader of the clan. The people who helped him along the way are as important to this story as Jason himself. A most enjoyable read.

I loved the previous books in this series, and was so looking forward to this one. The many typos pulled me out of the story continually, and the continuity errors did, too. Hillsboro had two weeks to make their decision, but Jason's trip took way longer. The train gang had been working for months, but we're told the 100 car train would take ten days to empty. I had to stop reading at that point. Sorry. David Nees is a terrific writer but this isn't his best work.

A great sequel to a series of community, retreat and survival. Lessons in defensive position and strategic planning. Even if some were by the seat of Jason's pants. Story's character Jason is well thought out and devoid of contradiction. In hard times we protect family, friends and establish trust in community. This story is about how to gain all and survive.
