WEEK 1: August 15-19
Monday: FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE
MORNING LIFT in the DeLaSalle weight room from 6:30-7:30am
Be ready to lift and bring a waterbottle!
AFTERNOON PRACTICE at Founder's Park from 3:10-5:10pm
Be ready to run a little bit after we do introductions and some minor housekeeping
Tuesday: Practice from 3:10-5:10pm at Founder's Park
Short circuit workout + housekeeping
Wednesday: 12-HOUR RELAY FUNDRAISER
Arrive BY 5:45AM as we will start running at 6:00am
Snacks, drinks, & meals will be provided throughout the day. Bring a chair, blanket, change of clothes, waterbottle, games, etc. - be prepared to hang out at the Athletic Field all day! 😊
The relay will conclude at 6:00pm and we will have a team appetizer dinner to end
Parents - we need help with snacks & appetizers, please sign-up by clicking the links on this page. ALL FAMILIES & FRIENDS are ENCOURAGED to attend the appetizer pot-luck at 6pm!
Thursday - Shoe Clinic at Mill City
We will meet at Founder's Park at 3:10pm and walk over to Mill City together for a shoe clinic. Bring money for any purchases you may be making this day
Friday: Practice from 3:10-5:10pm at Founder's Park
