THURSDAY - EARLY PRACTICE
8:00-9:45am - Vo2 max workout at Founder's Park
FRIDAY - NO ORGANIZED PRACTICE (MEA Weekend)
Easy 20-30 minute Run at conversational pace (feels like you could run farther and faster)
SATURDAY
Get 20-40minutes of running in or cross-train (bike/swim/etc.) at a very low intensity for recovery or take a complete rest day
