Week 12: November 1st
Monday: Practice at 3:45pm at Founder's Park
Return your uniform (if applicable) in a Ziploc bag with your name in on it! Athletes will be charged for uniforms that are not returned
We will do a mile time trial, go over off-season training information, and play some ultimate frisbee!
Tuesday: Our End of Season Banquet will be at DeLaSalle in room D104 beginning at 5:30pm to celebrate our accomplishments this year! Parents/guardians, families, and friends are all welcome and encouraged to attend. We will eat dinner together to begin and then transition into our program to recognize our athletes and team.

Voting is open through November 1st at 11:59pm. Captains for next season will be announced at our End of Season Banquet on Tuesday, November 2nd.
