2. Do PreHab exercises/routines 2-3x per week (4-6x per week if you are feeling achy or coming back from an injury)

MONDAY 

3:45-5:45pm Practice at Founder's Park

Easy run + strength training in the weight room

TUESDAY 

NO PRACTICE - use this extra time to GET STUFF DONE as tomorrow we are booked for the evening

If you all could coordinate rides amongst yourselves for tomorrow, that would be great - that means if you are a driver please make sure to check-in with those who need rides! 

WEDNESDAY - SERVICE EVENT with HGRA Youth T&F Meet

*If you are wanting to get in more mileage, today would be a good day to get an easy run in  before school*

I think we can carpool & coordinate rides over to Webster Park after school

SPECTATORS will need to BUY TICKETS.  Spectator parking is located in S101 (on the corner of Cleveland and

Commonwealth) and the Gortner Ave Ramp. Free shuttles will be available to transport to the golf course.
