5:20-5:30pm EVERYONE runs a 1-2 mile cool-down
*Reminder: This is an opportunity to work on not fearing failure and viewing every race as a chance to learn and improve - failure helps us to grow and improve (even outside of sports) and we CANNOT get better without failing! Work on believing in yourself, trusting you can do hard things, and finding a way to have fun during your race (i.e. don't forget to smile and cheer on your teammates)!*
