Schedule for Nov 2-7

MONDAY 

6:00pm End of Season Banquet in the Florence Center

*We will need to clean-up [take trash out to dumpsters, put tables away, etc.] and set up chairs for mass the next day, any help doing this is appreciated

TUESDAY 

3:30-5:15pm Tune-up workout at Founder's Park

WEDNESDAY 

3:30-5:00pm Practice at Founder's Park

THURDSAY 

TBD [Late morning?] Long strides + easy mileage at Founder's Park

FRIDAY [Captains only] State Course Preview

2:00pm Meet at Majestic Oaks

Bring any money to purchase gear

SATURDAY - State Meet + Post-Season Hang at Elsie's

12:15pm Meet in the back of De to load the bus

12:30pm Bus Departs for Majestic Oaks Golf Course [Team members can ride with]

🎟️ We've had a great turnout of team support in the past and I'd love to see as much of the team here as possible. Coach Bryn will purchase your ticket if you ride the Team Bus as long as you let her know by Thursday at 5pm. If you do NOT ride the Team Bus you will need to purchase your own ticket and take the spectator shuttle into the event

🎪 It would be great to have help setting up/taking down team camp and cheering on Miles & Hannah [they'd likely love company to do warm-ups and the team chant with, just make sure everyone clears the start line 5 min prior to race time]

3:15pm Miles Races

4:05pm Depart course back to DeLaSalle

4:45-6:45pm Post-Season Hangout at Elsie's (walking distance from De)

    🎳 I've got bowling lanes booked form 4:45-6:45pm for the ENTIRE Team with pizza + soda (on the      program)

Parent/guardians are more than welcome to come hangout and socialize while the team bowls

Reminders for competing athletes: 

• • We need to have bibs ON to enter the course

  • You will need to get your uniforms checked at the clerking tent and can do this as soon as 90 minutes prior to your race, clerking closes 30 min prior to your race

  • You will need to be at the start line (Box #18) 20 minutes prior to your race

  • Competing at State is SO COOL - Enjoy it!

• THERE IS NO SPECTATOR PARKING ON-SITE and NO NEIGHBORHOOD PARKING NEARBY. Shuttles will be available from Blaine High School (you will need to show your ticket to the State Meet in order to get on a shuttle)

• Tickets are $15 Adults/$10 Students and can be purchased on www.mshsl.org/tickets

• There is food/merch available on-site and the State Meet is CASHLESS
