Complete the Athlete Expectations Form (if you want to be eligible for a Varsity Letter)
Gather 10-20 emails for our 12-Hour Relay Fundraiser (a run-a-thon type of event) and copy and paste them into this link

MONDAY
8:00-9:00am XC Intro/Workout at Founder's Park
9:00-10:00am Strength Training
TUESDAY
8:00-9:30am XC Practice at Founder's Park
WEDNESDAY
6:15-8:00pm XC Practice at Como Park Relays (partner relay workout)
Meet at Como Park at 6:15pm (parents welcome to participate/spectate)

THURSDAY
3:30pm Meet at Founder's Park (NO running attire required - REST DAY)
We will have a team meeting and then walk over to Mill City Running
4:00-5:00pm Shoe Clinic + Shopping at MCR (We will get 20% off TODAY)
5:00pm Walk back to De for 5:30pm pick-up
FRIDAY
12-Hour Relay Fundraiser!
*Bring hammocks/chairs/blankets, games, homework, sunscreen, an extra outfit/shoes, etc. to hang out all day on the island*
5:45am Arrive at the Athletic Field for set-up
6:00am Relay starts!
6:00pm Relay ends
6:15pm Team + family pot-luck and meet & greet
