Libby, Nathan, Miles, and John competed in the MSHSL State Meet on Saturday, November 4th upon qualifying for the State Meet at the 4AA Section Meet.  All four Islanders earned a spot in the State Meet by placing in the top 6 individuals (outside of the 2 winning teams) at the Section Meet.  This year the course venue changed from St. Olaf to U of M making it a meet much closer to home for us! Another win was the beautiful weather on race day.

It was easy to see that all four Islanders left it all out on the course to finish off the 2023 season and Miles had one stellar race left in him as he moved up 2 spots within the last mile of the race to best his PR by 1 second! Nathan was very close to his PR, running just 4 seconds off his best time 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Very proud of all 4 Islanders on a very successful season. 

It was awesome to see so many other Islanders out on the course supporting and cheering on their teammates! The future of the program is very bright!
