WEDNESDAY - END OF SEASON BANQUET in the Florence Center

6:00pm Doors open

6:45-8:30pm EOS Program

THURSDAY - STATE SENDOFF for Varsity Runners + Alternates

You'll get out of class a few minutes early, meet at the top of the stairs near the atrium

3:45-5:00pm XC Practice at Founder's Park

FRIDAY

Course Preview for Varsity + Alternates

1:15pm Dismissal

1:30pm Carpool and meet at Les Bolstad Golf Course (might have to street park)

2:00pm Course preview for Varsity Runners + Alternates

3:45/4:00pm Post course preview team meal at Olive Garden (on the program)

Apparel can be purchased on-site this day or at the meet, as well as online at https://mshsl.signatureconcepts.shop/

SATURDAY - STATE MEET

***Varsity runners + alternates will take the bus together***

9:45am Meet in the back of De to load the bus

10:00am Bus Departs for Les Bolstad Golf Course

12:15pm Boys Race

1:00pm Girls Race

***Non-competing student-athletes MUST leave the starting area 5 min prior to race time***

Reminders for competing athletes:

- We need to have bibs ON to enter the course
- You will need to get your uniforms checked at the clerking tent and turn in any alternate bibs not being used as soon as 90 minutes prior to your race
- You will need to be at the start line (Box #2) 20 minutes prior to your race
- Competing at State is SO COOL - Enjoy it!

AFTERWARDS - POST-SEASON HANGOUT AT ELSIE'S

I've got bowling lanes booked form 3:00-5:00pm for the ENTIRE Team with pizza

Parent/guardians are more than welcome to come hangout, last year we had a crew in the back

Notes for Spectators:

Tickets are $13 Adults/$8 Students and can be purchased on www.mshsl.org/tickets
There is food/merch available on-site and the State Meet is CASHLESS
Anyone can join us on the bus over to the course and will need to go through the spectator entrance which is around the corner on Larpenter from where we get dropped off as a team. It would be awesome to have teammates help take team camp down/load the bus afterwards and even more awesome to have our team back together at our last meet of the year
