*Long run day unless you did a long run on Sunday
5:00-6:15pm Strength Training in the weight room
TUESDAY
3:45-5:30pm XC Practice at Founder's Park - workout day
[Optional] - Attend the Girls Soccer game afterwards (JV at 5pm/Varsity at 7pm)
*Earn some Varsity Letter points by working concessions*
WEDNESDAY
3:45-5:15pm XC Practice at Founder's Park
5:15-6:00pm Team Dinner at Founder's Park
THURSDAY - Osseo Invite at Elm Creek Park Reserve
1:45pm Dismissal
2:00pm Bus leaves from DeLaSalle
3:30pm: Boys C Race
4:00pm: Girls JV
4:35pm: Boys JV
5:05pm: Girls Varsity
5:35pm: Boys Varsity
Cool-down and stretch as a TEAM after your races with the group you raced with or as one large group at the end. Unless we are waiting on the bus, make sure you are staying at the race until team camp is squared away so we leave the course as one team.

30 minute run + 6 x 100m (or 20s) strides
