INS Palamós - 2013

Moltes vegades assistir a conferències, llegir tesis sobre història antiga..., són activitats que requereixen una atenció i un estat d'ànim que tot sovint no tenim. Solen ser activitats considerades serioses. Jo havia de trobar la manera de fer arribar els mateixos coneixements d'una forma entretinguda i divertida i que estigués al meu abast. Faria un joc. Amb el joc socialitzem, riem, ens comuniquem..., en definitiva ens divertim. I si mentre ho fem podem aprendre alguna cosa, millor encara.

Així doncs, el motiu pel qual he escollit aquest tema, la creació d'un joc de taula basat en la història antiga de l'Empordà, és educatiu. Desitjo divulgar la història dels indigets, i més generalment la dels ibers, entre tots aquells que la vulguin descobrir d'una manera, espero, entretinguda i agradable.

Many times, when attending conferences or reading thesis about ancient history, I find they demand an attention and a mood that we usually don't have. They are considered serious activities. I had to find the way to show and teach that knowledge in a funny and entertaining manner and, at the same time, the level of difficulty could not be above my possibilities. Therefore I thought about designing a game. With games, we socialize, laugh, communicate with each other and have a good time. And if we also learn something, the more, the better.

The reason why I've chosen this project, the creation of a table game based on the ancient history of the Empordà, is educational. My wish is to divulge the history of the Indiketes, and that of the Iberians at large, for all of those who might want to discover it in a, I hope, entertaining way.
