El títol del meu treball de recerca és Braç classificador amb impressió 3D. L’estudi se centra en la construcció d’un procés de selecció i classificació automatitzada d’elements,format per un braç robòtic i una cinta transportadora. També s’hi relacionen altres temes secundaris com ara l’electrònica, la robòtica, la programació informàtica i el disseny i la impressió en 3D; tots ells, àmbits d’interès i d’evolució creixent enl’actualitat.

Si pensem en un braç robòtic, segurament visualitzem els de grans dimensions que hi ha a les fàbriques, capaços de realitzar diferents tasques amb rapidesa i precisió. Però, i si aquestes màquines tinguessin la mateixa versatilitat a l’espai domèstic?

En el document escrit s’hi exposa i descriu cada etapa de la metodologia seguida. Des de la recerca i descripció de tots els components necessaris, passant per el disseny i la construcció de la maqueta, amb els corresponents plànols en dues i tres dimensions, fins a la programació de l’autòmat (cervell del procés) i la conclusió final.

My research project is named Braçclassificadorambimpressió 3D. The study focuses on the construction of an automatic process of selection and classification of elements. It is set by a robotic arm and a conveyor belt. Also, there are other subjects included in it, like electronics, robotics, programming and 3D design and impression. All of them are areas of interest in constant growth today.

If we think about a robotic arm, we’ll probably visualize the ones with huge dimensions which are located in industries. They are capable of doing different tasks with speed and accuracy. But, what if these machines had the same versatilityin a household environment?

Every phase of the followed methodology is exposed and described in the research’s document. From the investigation and description of all of the necessary components, through the prototype design and construction (with 2D and 3D drawings included), to the programming section and a final conclusion about the project.
