Aquest treball de recerca ha estat elaborat per a contestar la següent pregunta: hi ha suficients oportunitats en el món laboral per a les persones amb discapacitat Per a fer-ho, he analitzat les quatre vies d’inclusió laboral per a aquest col·lectiu i, per conèixer-les més a fons, he entrevistat a sis persones de tres centres diferents, un responsable i un treballador per cadascun: el Centre Tramuntana de Palafrugell, la Fundació Ramon Noguera de Girona i TRESC de Girona. Les conclusions que he extret han estat diverses, però la resposta a la pregunta inicial és afirmativa (tot i que en ella hi ha matisos, com explico en el treball).

This research project has been carried out to answer the following question: are there enough job opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities? To do it, I have analyzed four ways of inclusion for this group and, to know them better, I have interviewed six people from three different institutions, one head and one worker for each: the Centre Tramuntana (Palafrugell), the Ramon Noguera Foundation and TRESC (Girona). I have drawn several conclusions, but the answer to the initial question is affirmative although there are nuances in it (as I explain in my project).
