Sota el títol “El vi, un món per conèixer”, aquest treball es basa principalment en l'estudi dels processos d'elaboració del vi, la biologia i la química que comporten aquests processos i, en l'anàlisi química d'algunes de les propietats del vi.

Els objectius són:

1. Conèixer el món del vi i els principals procediments per a la seva elaboració: mètode convencional, ecològic i biodinàmic.

2. Analitzar al laboratori diferents vins per després poder comparar els resultats obtinguts de cada un i veure l'eficàcia d'aquestes anàlisis.

Per aconseguir aquests objectius, a part de la recerca teòrica, he realitzat visites a diferents bodegues i a l’Escola de Viticultura i Enologia de Catalunya. També he dut a terme diferents pràctiques al laboratori de l’institut.

With the title “El vi, un món per conèixer” this project is mainly based on the study of the wine making process. This includes the biology and chemistry involved in this process, as well as the chemical analysis of some of the wine properties.

The objectives are:

1. Study the main procedures in wine making: conventional, organic and biodynamic methods.

2. Carry out some practices in the laboratory with the aim of analyzing some wine's properties. Then, compare the results of each and see the effectiveness of the analysis.

To achieve these objectives, I have carried out a theoretical research, some visits to different wineries and some practices in the laboratory. In addition, I have visited the Viticulture and Oenology School of Catalonia.
