INS Baix Empordà - 2012

Aquest treball està basat en l’aspecte emocional del metge i el pacient davant les malalties greus. Després de tractar temes centrals com l’ansietat i la depressió, s’expliquen les teories de la Nueva Medicina que recolza que l’estat emocional del malalt repercuteix molt a l’hora de patir una malaltia.

Pel que fa a la part pràctica, ha servit de guia un llibre anomenat "Lo siento mucho" de Nuno Lobo Antunes i la realització de tres entrevistes: a un oncòleg, a un malalt de càncer i a una psicòloga. També hi trobarem l’anàlisi dels resultats d’unes enquestes passades a metges/esses i a una part de la població de la comarca del Baix Empordà.

This project is based on the emotional issues of doctors and patients when facing grave illnesses. After dealing with the main topics, such as anxiety and depression, I explain New Medicine theories, which support the belief that the patient’s mental state has a huge impact on how the illness is endured.

As for the other part, I have used the book Lo siento mucho of Nuno Lobo Antunes, as a guide, and I have also carried out three interviews: an oncologist, a cancer patient and a psychologist. There is also a survey on doctors from Baix Empordà and on the population, to see what their opinion is on the patient – doctor relationship, among other issues.
