If your students are setting up installations outside of the classroom and/or studio they must apply for approval using the online Installation Site Permit, which can be found here.

Some important considerations: A sketch with dimensions is required for approval and must be uploaded as part of the online form. The sketch should represent the project in the proposed location, including at least one landmark. A photo of the location is also recommended.
Roofs, mechanical spaces and elevators are not options for installations.
The form must be submitted and approved 48 hours prior to the installation.
