The attached step by step job aids provide step by step instructions for

1. HIRE: how to initiate the initial hire of a new adjunct faculty member who has never been employed by the College (New PT Faculty Hire Request); how to initiate the hire of an alumni or the re-hire of an adjunct faculty member who is not currently teaching, did not teach during the last academic year and went through a formal termination process. 

2. ADD JOB:  how to add an adjunct teaching job for somebody already employed at the College
